They limit their sight
Avoid the climb
Denying their potential
to reach the sublime
They bow their heads
Feed on the same
inedible truths
that make them lame
They open their mouths
but have no voices
They cover their eyes
not discover their choices
For the power is theirs
but they give it away
They could grow
but they stay
Eating in the same place
Stuffing their fat face
Excusing themselves
in their prayer for grace.
